A couple notes:
-The wooden magnets that we make and hang our knives on are now available here.
-We're selling beautiful endgrain cutting boards in cherry and walnut from my old assistant Nils who now runs Brooklyn Butcher Blocks. $150/ea and the figure and color on them is amazing.
-We are indeed taking in sharpening work, so if you're coming down here and need your knives tuned up feel free to bring them. $8 for big knives in reasonable shape, and scaled down for smaller knives. And I do an awfully nice job. Check the 'Sharpening' page under 'Workshop' for further details.

Welcome to Cut Brooklyn. I'm Joel Bukiewicz, owner and operator of a Brooklyn workshop where I design and craft world class kitchen cutlery for the New York City area and beyond.
